Sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine and polyphthalocyanine cobalt can be dissolved in dilute lye and can handle gasoline accumulation. For high-quality oil products of more than 20,000 tons, if activated carbon or molecular sieve is used as a carrier, the desulfurization capacity is 65,000 tons/kg of catalyst by a fixed-bed process.
