(1) In order to reasonably configure and correctly use, maintain and maintain equipment, meet the needs of inspection items, and ensure that the inspection results are correct and reliable, this system is specially formulated for use by all inspectors in the coal inspection room.

(2) Before the equipment is put into use, it must be calibrated and checked to ensure that it meets the requirements.

(3) Before the equipment is officially used, technical training shall be carried out for the inspection personnel. In terms of equipment structure principle, technical process and operation technology, the person in charge of various equipment settings is responsible for continuously improving and improving the level of inspection personnel in the use of repair equipment. Testers in the use of equipment must understand the structure, principle, performance, purpose, use, maintenance and failure.

(4) The analysis and testing equipment must be placed in a room that meets the requirements to ensure the accuracy and life of the equipment, and perform shock-proof, dust-proof, and anti-corrosion operations in the equipment room.

(5) The equipment must be used in accordance with the regulations within the validity period. Before each use, the inspector must check.

(6) The equipment management personnel should formulate the instrument maintenance plan for the next year before the end of each year, submit it to the technical person in charge, and implement it with the approval of the leader of the reporting center.

(7) Work out preparations before equipment maintenance, and operators and full-time equipment management and maintenance personnel will provide content and requirements for large-scale maintenance work.

(8) Each instrument and equipment should establish a responsibility system for the management of the person in charge. The person in charge of the equipment is responsible for the use of equipment, hardware protection, daily maintenance, maintenance, and sanitation, and timely reports on the spare parts required for the equipment. After each inspection and inspection, clean up and keep the equipment clean and hygienic.

(9) Inspectors inspect and maintain the equipment before the shift, earnestly implement the handover system, and earnestly do a good job in the operation and maintenance of the equipment in the shift.

(10) The equipment management personnel shall prepare equipment account books, and each equipment shall prepare documents and materials. The equipment documents shall include the name, manufacturer’s name, model number, serial number or other unique marking content, date of receipt and effective date, installation location, instrument manual, Packing list, parts list, instruction manual, equipment use record, maintenance plan, maintenance record, etc.
